Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Items purchased from Gear Up Active are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item should:
    • Be in its original packaging.
    • Remain unused and in the same condition as received.
    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Exceptions: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including sale items, perishable goods such as food, gift cards, digital downloads, and personal care items.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return:
    • Contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
    • Once confirmed, items can be mailed to our return address, which will be provided by our team. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Approval: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email notification about the approval or rejection of the refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and the amount will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery might only receive a partial refund.

Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Duration: Our standard delivery for retail purchases typically arrives in:
    • Metro Manila: 2-3 business days.
    • Provincial Areas: 3-5 business days.
    • Wholesale orders might have varying delivery times based on volume.
  2. Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been dispatched, allowing customers to track the package in real-time.
  3. Possible Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, public holidays, logistical issues, or external factors might occasionally cause delays. We value your patience and ensure transparent communication in such events.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Coverage: Gear Up Active ships to all areas within the Philippines. For queries regarding international shipping, please reach out to our customer service.
  2. Shipping Costs: The cost is determined by the size, weight, and destination of the package. The total fee will be displayed at checkout.
  3. Free Shipping: We’re delighted to offer free standard shipping for retail orders exceeding ₱5,000. Wholesale orders have separate shipping rate structures based on order volume.
  4. Customs & Taxes: For any orders shipped outside the Philippines, customers might incur additional charges due to customs duties and import taxes. Gear Up Active is not responsible for these additional charges or for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
